Whole House Remodel in Golden Eagle

In order to make his home presentable for sale, the owner of this home in Golden Eagle hired Ertl Homes to do a whole house remodel. Working with the decorator, ND Designs, and the owner, our plan was to maximize the renovations final product with the budget available.
We remodeled the key elements including the kitchen, with new cabinets, tops, and appliances. The master bath was completely remodeled from the tile floor, shower, vanities, granite tops, plumbing fixtures, shower door and mirrors.
In order to meet the desired budget limits, we left the other bath vanities, by painting the cabinet fronts, leaving the shower and added new tile to the floors.
The other key elements to complete our work were a total cosmetic renovation, from the new carpet to the complete repainting of walls and trim.
Most of the millwork was adequate for this contemporary home. We added pediments to important areas like the family room doors and windows, and installed crown moulding throughout the house.
We completed the job with our standard detailed punch list to make the home look new.
